Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original Hydroh Bottle packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
